Drop Off/Pick Up

Students may enter their classroom five (5) minutes before class begins.  Class starts promptly at the scheduled time.  Children must be signed in at the door every class day.

No siblings should be left unattended in automobiles or on the playground while dropping off and picking up children enrolled in LCA.

Pick-up time is promptly at the end of class.  Beginning five minutes after class ends, parents will be charged a late fee of $1 for every minute.

Visiting During School Hour

For the protection and security of all our children, all visitors to LCA must check in and out at the school office and receive a visitor's ID tag to wear during school hours.

What to Bring to Class

Students may bring Show and Tell items, as directed by the teacher.  A backpack is not required; however, it is helpful in transporting classwork and learning projects.  Please put your child's name on everything (all clothing, backpacks, lunch boxes, etc.)

What Not to Bring

With the exception of the items mentioned above, please leave all toys and personal items at home.  Children will be provided with many things to do during their time at LCA, it is not worth the risk of damaging or losing a favorite toy.  In addition, siblings are not allowed in the classroom or at any other scheduled school event (such as field trips and parties).
